SoulFest 2025 takes place August 14-16, 2025, at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, MA.

Yes! SoulFest happens rain or shine, with no refunds, trades, or exchanges. We encourage everyone to come prepared and ready to have an amazing time, no matter the weather!

Tent Campers: 10:00 AM
RV’s: Wed from 3-6PM or Thursday from 8-10AM
Attendees: 2:00 PM
First Show: 3:00 PM
Friday & Saturday, August 15-16
Gates open: 9:00 AM
Shows begin: 9:00 AM

Yes! The festival map and full schedule will be posted by July 1st.

Tickets & Entry

Tickets are only available on our website thesoulfest.com. You can click on a buy now button on this website or use this link to our ticketing platform. Third party tickets will not be accepted at the door.
Prices increase each month, so grab yours early for the best deal!

Premium Experience passes are limited and will likely sell out before the festival.
Meet & Greet passes will be available starting May 14th, on a first-com, first-serve basis. -
Bring your emailed QR coded ticket (printed or digital) Each QR code is valid for one scan only, so do not print multiple copies or share your code.

Yes! once you have your wristband, you can exit and re-enter through the designated gates.

We do not replace lost or broken wristbands, so please take care of yours! If lost, a new one must be purchased.
Camping & Lodging

Yes! The SoulFest Family Campground offers tent and RV sites inside the horse track, creating a communal festival experience. Spots are limited and expected to sell out in advance, so reserve yours early.

RV Campers:
Load-in is available Wednesday from 3 PM – 6 PM and Thursday from 8 AM – 10 AM.
Tent Campers:
Load-in begins Thursday at 10:30 AM and must be completed by 8 PM.
Detailed instructions will be sent to all camping registrants in July.

Yes! The fairgrounds have permanent restrooms plus premium porta-potties.

Yes, Campers can bring propane camp stove and cook at their campsites, but no open fires are allowed. A shared BBQ area will also be available.

Yes! There are ADA-designated parking spaces on festival grounds.

Yes! We’re bringing back organized games, including the very first four-square tournament, arts & crafts, ride-on toys, and more for young kids, plus engaging activities for older kids and teens.

Yes! Both artist merch and official SoulFest gear will be available for purchase. And, we will have two buildings of high end crafters for your shopping pleasure.

Yes! Meet & Greet upgrades will go on sale May 14th.
Food & Beverage

Campers: Yes, you can bring food & drinks to your campsite.
Day Guests: Outside food & drinks are not permitted.

Yes! A variety of dietary-firendly food options will be available.

Yes! We’ve added dedicated dining tents near the Food Court and two new GiveSendGo Coffee Houses.
Festival Policies & Safety

For safety reasons, the following are not allowed:
Alcohol or drugs
Weapons
Outside food (for day guests)
Ticket scalpers
Bad attitudes and selfishness!

Yes, Soulfest is a family-friendly, alcohol-free festival.

Only service animals are permitted.

Both SoulFest Security and the Greenfield Police Department will be present all weekend.

Yes! A first-aid station and Greenfield EMT staff will be on site.
Artist Lineup & Force Majeure Policy

The event date, time, and performing artists are subject to change without notice. In the rare event that an artist is unable to perform, we will make every effort to provide a comparable experience. No refunds will be issued due to changes in scheduling or lineup.

In the event that the festival is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers—such as acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or governmental restrictions—SoulFest shall not be held liable for any damages or costs incurred by ticket holders. Refunds or exchanges, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Volunteering, Sponsorships, & Vendors

Volunteers are the heart and Soul of SoulFest. We look for kind, happy people who love to use their gifts to serve others!
Applications open in mid-March. Please sign up for our email to receive notice or visit here in March to fill out an application.
All volunteers must successfully complete a background check prior to being accepted for a volunteer role.
