Let SoulFest be the platform where you connect with new clients, get information out about your ministry, launch your campaign for school enrollment, announce your latest release, and much more. If you have merchandise, a ministry, or information and are looking for a valuable way to connect with a targeted audience, then being a SoulFest vendor / exhibitor can benefit you greatly.


Our Vending Location

Vendors and Exhibitors can enjoy the outdoor festival experience with the protection of a building (a cement floor, easy access to electrical outlets/drops, doors that lock up at night) and a centralized location within the festival grounds!

Merchandise vendors & exhibitors

Vendors & Exhibitors will be provided a booth space in the Halberg Hall (Grandstand building) including:

  • 10' x 10' booth space 

  • One (1) 8 ft table

  • Two (2) chairs

  • Two (2) multi-day vendor passes 

  • Vendors if you are selling merchandise, there is a commission of 10% of sales versus $600, whichever is greater.

  • Non-profits receive a 10% discount by attaching their 501c3 documentation within the application/agreement process.

  • Colleges / Educational Exhibitors are now included within the regular exhibitor rate.

Rate: $600 (10x10) by June 15. Plus $100 thereafter.

OR

Vendors & Exhibitors have the option to “Bring Your Own 10’ x 10’ Tent” for $1,000. (inquire to rent a 10’x10’ tent or larger: vendors@thesoulfest.com).

The following additional space or items can be selected once your application has been approved:

  • Additional booth space $550 (adjacent to your assigned location, includes 1 table & 2 chairs)

  • Electricity $50

  • Tables $20/each

  • Chairs $10/each

  • Vendor Passes $125/per person until June 15, 2024; $150/pp thereafter

Food vendors

Truck / Tent / Kiosk fees vary based on the footprint (for all 3 days):

  • $1500 fee - 10’ x 10’ tented space for smaller vendors (roving, single item, etc)

  • $1800 fee - 20' x 20' tented space or up to 25' food truck

  • $2000 fee - Larger spots

    Includes:

  • Limited Parking is available with pre-arrangement.

  • Up to 6 weekend passes for workers + special rates on camping

  • Access to electricity & water, trash/compost/recycling, ice station (ice extra).

  • Propane inspection fee by Greenfield Fire Department

    Additional Fees:

  • Permit fees: Town of Greenfield vendor & safety permits; fire inspection fee

  • Extra Electricity Fee: Add $50 for additional electricity beyond 1 20-amp /110V circuit

  • Grey water removal
