The average high temperature in Greenfield, MA during the month of August is 80º and the average low temperature is 56º. If it rains at SoulFest we keep going, as long as conditions are safe.

I got my tickets for SoulFest, but can’t find my upgrades. Where are they?!
We have e-tickets for general admission, upgrades & pre-purchased parking to SoulFest (emailed to you through Eventbrite). We encourage you to check your email in the months of June and July, as we'll probably send you an update or two!

I can’t find my tickets! What do I do?!?
Worry not! Your SoulFest tickets were emailed to you from our ticket organizer, Eventbrite. Download and print your tickets within that email. Check your spam folder, too! Still can't find them? When you ordered tickets on Eventbrite, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website. If neither of those options work, send us an email or call our office at (978) 346-4577 and we’ll be happy to assist!

Do I have to wear my wristband on-site? Can I give my multi-day wristband to my friend for a day?
All attendees will need a wristband to enter festival grounds. Wristbands are non-replacible, non-transferrable, and non-refundable. Any attendee found on-site without a festival wristband will need to purchase one at the box office. Children under the age of 6 are not required to wear a wristband.

What’s parking like?

  • General Parking is available in the Main Parking Lot across the street from the Festival Entrance/Box Office. There are ADA parking spaces available along the fence closest to Wisdom Way. Priority Parking ($40/day) is the first two rows after that, followed by General Parking ($20/day). All parking in the Main Lot is first come, first serve and requires the purchase of a daily parking pass. Attendees are strongly to purchase it ahead of time for a smoother arrival experience.

  • VIP Parking is a reserved space in the VIP Parking Lot located within the fairgrounds. When you arrive, enter Gate 2 where you will receive a numbered hang tag for your vehicle that corresponds to the space you will park. A little bit of this, a little bit of that! You can expect performances by today’s top Christian artists as well as performances and worship sets from regional artists. From hip-hop to country, there’s something for everyone. Visit our artist lineup page to see who’s coming to this years festival.

Is the Revival Stage outside this year?
Yes! With our new home at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, the Revival stage is once again outdoor stage. There is both standing room and some bleacher seating available.

What is seating like?
The festival is General Admission, with the standing room in front of all stages. At the Revival Stage there are also metal bleachers (in both covered and uncovered areas) which are also general admission. Both standing room and bleacher seating are first come, first served. There is no extra cost for bleacher seating. Morning workshops at other stages may include limited general admission seating. Blankets (max size 10’ x 10’) and chairs are permitted, but may only be placed in designated areas. Festival staff will remove any items placed in a restricted area. Any personal items left overnight will be brought to Lost & Found.

What’s with the name SoulFest, anyway?
As much as we love R&B and Gospel, “Soul” refers to that part about us that’s eternal and transcends the flesh. A Soul-Connected person is someone who is nurturing his/her or her own Soul. We believe loving one another, helping those in need, and looking out after widows and orphans, are primary ways we can feed our own souls as well as feed the souls of others. Action over words. At SoulFest you’ll hear talk about what it means to live from the inside out as a soul-connected believer in True Love and you’ll be given opportunities to get involved. Can we bring weapons?
We have a no-weapons policy. Bags are subject to search.
